Life here is walkable and vivid: morning exercise on the riverside, the palace and museum as neighbors, and the city's densest concentration of restaurants and bars along Street 240 and the quay. The trade-offs: older buildings mean stairs rather than elevators, tourist foot traffic near the quay, and noise on the busiest corners.
